Onion Pakoras

Ingredients
2 large onions sliced
2 green chilies chopped finely
2 “piece of ginger chopped finely
½ tsp salt
½ tsp cumin powder
1 cup chick pea flour
½ tsp baking soda
water to make dough
Oil for deep frying

Directions
Mix onions, chilies and ginger with the flour. Add salt, baking soda and cumin. Stir in enough water to make a thick dough. Heat oil in deep wok about 1”deep. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot oil and fry till golden brown.
Serves 4
