Grilled Chicken Wings |
Ingredients
15 Chicken Wings
2 cups or more seasoned breadcrumbs (I prefer American
Garden Seasoned Breadcrumbs)
4 tbsp oil or more
For the marinade
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp ginger powder
2 tsp onion powder
½ tsp black pepper powder
½ tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp brown sugar
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste
Directions
Wash chicken wings and pat dry. Apply all the ingredients
for the marinade to the chicken and keep for 2 hours in the fridge. Add oil to
the breadcrumbs and mix with finger tips. Preheat oven at 180 deg C. Take a
chicken wing and coat it on both sides well and place on an oven tray. Repeat
the process for all the wings. Grill in the oven for about 20 minutes or until they
turn golden brown.
