Easy Tiramisu |
Ingredients

large packet Lady finger biscuits (I prefer Vincenzi Lady
Finger biscuits)
500
gms mascarpone cheese
200
gms cream cheese (I prefer Philadelphia
cream cheese)
1
tin Condensed milk (I prefer Nestle condensed milk)
2
cups warm milk
1
tbsp Espresso coffee granules
2
tbsp Rum (optional)
Cocoa
powder for dusting
Directions
Beat
mascarpone and cream cheese with an electric beater. Add the condensed milk and
beat again till well incorporated. Keep aside. In a shallow dish add warm milk,
espresso coffee powder, cocoa powder and rum and stir. Dip each lady finger
biscuit in the milk mixture and place in a large 19 cm rectangular dish. Cover
the biscuits with 1/3rd of the mascarpone cheese mixture and spread
with a palette knife. Dust some coco powder on top. Again dip the lady fingers
one at a time and arrange on top of the cream cheese layer. Repeat 2 layers
ending with cream cheese. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and place in the
fridge overnight. Before serving dust generously with cocoa powder on top.
