Creamy Pasta, Salami & Avocado Salad

Ingredients
3-4 cups cooked Farfalle (Bow tie pasta)
1 cup cubed salami
1 ripe avocado, diced
1 large tomato, diced
2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1 can red kidney beans, washed and drained
For the dressing:
Juice of ½ lemon
¼ cup chopped parsley
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper powder
¼ tsp paprika
1 cup mayo
¼ cup olive oil
salt to taste

Directions

Cook pasta till al dente and toss with 2 tbsp olive oil. In a bowl mix the ingredients for the dressing. When pasta is at room temperature, pour the dressing over it and mix gently. Serve chilled.
